Crochet Blanket Pattern

This heirloom-inspired crochet blanket features a patchwork of floral granny squares in varying sizes framed in loads of texture. The squares are joined on the diagonal to make an organic quilt-like composition that looks so complex and interesting.
This pattern is super relaxing - you'll memorize the squares in no time! It's perfect for self striping yarn or for stash busting, each blanket will be totally one of a kind. Pictured are the small throw and the large throw patterns.
Size: 3 sizes, Baby, Small Throw, and Large Throw.
Baby measures 36 x 36''
Small throw measures 48 x 48''
Large throw measures 50 x 60''
Difficulty: intermediate. The squares themselves are easy, but all the seaming might be daunting for a true beginner.
For sizes baby (small throw, large throw) you will need 3 (5, 8) skeings Red Heart Roll With It Melange OR approximately 900m (1500m, 2500m) worsted weight yarn, 5 mm, yarn needle
Language: English, written in US crochet terms
Pattern includes just the written pattern. I do not make step-by-step videos of my patterns.
Please note: by light worsted weight yarn I just mean something on the lighter end of the worsted spectrum. Think Red Heart Roll with It Melange or Caron Simply Soft, not Red Heart Super Saver :-)
