These are SUCH a fun make and an excellent stash buster project! The Spiral Balaclava features a spiral granny square design and a classic open-face bally fit.
The pattern includes instructions on making a 4-color balaclava where all of the colors feed into each other (like the neon one in the picture) OR you can just go stitching it up in whatever colors your heart desires and make it a scrappy style. You choose!
